Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and a passion for precision engineering. This role involves working with various materials and requires expertise in programming and operating machines. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for producing high-quality components while adhering to strict specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications.
  • Utilize Fusion360 and AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings and creating machining programs.
  • Perform CAM programming to optimize machining processes.
  • Set up and adjust tooling, fixtures, and workpieces on milling machines.
  • Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve production efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CNC operation and programming.
  • Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD for design purposes.
  • Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
  • Knowledge of milling machine operations and adjustments.
  • Competence in CAM programming to enhance production workflows.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively, including micrometers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
