Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Engineering & Requirements Gathering:
- Elicit and document system requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop system design documents and specifications.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
- IT RFPs and Contracts:
- Participate in the creation and evaluation of IT Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Review and negotiate IT contracts.
- Ensure compliance with procurement and legal guidelines.
- Systems Management & Operations:
- Manage the daily operations of the systems management team.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement and maintain system security measures.
