Freight Agent - Broker

R. M. Brown does not require a non-compete agreement, we're looking for experienced freight brokers. Must have 2 years of verifiable experience

This position can be an agent 1099 and 100 % remote or employee with a Hybrid schedule in Medford Oregon location.

The Hybrid in Medford is eligible for full medical insurance

Generate leads and attract new customers
Identify and select reputable and safe carriers for freight services
Provide customers with shipping quotes
Book orders with carriers
Assist to prepare carriers for loads
Track status of loads
Collaborate with shippers, carriers and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs
Keep accurate records of relevant activities
Update customers on the status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries

Skills and Qualifications.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a broker

Must have a book of Business

The job in Medford can be Hybrid. Must live in the Rogue Valley to receive medical benefits.
