Job DescriptionJob Description

The role supports the implementation of a Deltek system in support of US Federal DCAA requirements and DCMA compliance. Must have experience configuring or working with DELTEK.

Some responsibilities would include:

  • Requirements Analysis
  • Conduct discovery sessions
  • Oversight of time administration processing and posting in Deltek. Ensuring adherence to policies, applicable law and regulations, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Setup new customer and projects in the system
  • Configure business rules to align with corporate policies
  • Support rollout of Time and Expense solution to users
  • Performed Integration, system and testing of the latest release
  • Created system documentation and training for procedures and policies
  • Configure Deltek System to meet DCAA Cost Accounting requirements and DCMA compliance
  • Interface with other functional teams as necessary including Accounts Payable, BusOps Team, etc.
  • Prepare ad-hoc support and analysis of accounts, account reconciliations and audit schedules as needed.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Proven experience configuring and/or implementing Deltek Costpoint solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough gap analyses.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly documents.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred:

  • Understanding of Cost Accounting
  • Familiarity with Federal DCAA requirements and DCMA compliance
  • Development experience
