Advance Therapy Associates at Inspira Medical Center of Mannington , an acute care hospital, is looking for Full Time and Part Time Physical Therapists.
ATA@IMC is a collaborative rehabilitation project serving Southern New Jersey.

As a rural medical center, candidates must understand the unique opportunities presented.
Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Restores patient’s function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
- Provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results.
- Determines physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription.
- Helps patient accomplish treatment plan by administering manual exercises, giving massages, and using equipment as necessary.
- Evaluates and records patient’s progress, modifying treatment plans, and trying new treatments if required.
- Evaluates the use and fit of prosthetic and orthotic devices by observing, noting, and observing patient’s progress; and recommending adjustments and modifications.
- Documents patient care services by charting in-patient and department records.
- Instructs patients in proper in-home exercises and therapies.
- Educates patients and their families about the recovery process and the challenges they will face.
- Participate in discharge planning as needed.
- Operate independently as orders are received.
Advance Therapy Associates is looking for PRN, Part Time, or potentially Full Time Physical Therapists to work:
Weekend Day Inpatient Hospital
PRN Inpatient Hospital
Candidates that apply need to have an active Physical Therapy License in the State of New Jersey.
Candidates must be able to pass a 12 panel drug screening, background check, and lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
Rate/Salary: $83,200.00 to $104,000.00
