Join our growing orthopedic team as a skilled and compassionate X-Ray Technician


In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our orthopedic physicians by providing high-quality diagnostic imaging that helps patients get the treatment they need.


Here's what you'll do:

  • Become a patient's guide: Prepare patients for X-ray exams, explaining procedures clearly and addressing any concerns with empathy.
  • Capture clear images: Position and immobilize patients using the latest techniques to ensure accurate X-rays of bones, joints, and soft tissues.
  • Tech-savvy: Operate X-ray equipment safely and efficiently to capture high-quality digital images.
  • Maintain the tools of the trade: Perform routine maintenance on X-ray equipment and adhere to quality control procedures.
  • Team player: Collaborate with colleagues and maintain an organized inventory of X-ray supplies.
  • Patient care champion: Document procedures and X-ray results meticulously to ensure clear communication with physicians.
Requirements:

What we're looking for:

  • Strong foundation: High School Diploma or GED and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Certified expertise (preferred): Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or a related area with eligibility to obtain an ARRT certification in Radiography.
  • Experience is a plus: One year of experience as an X-Ray Technician is a plus, but your dedication is key.
  • A keen eye: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
  • Building connections: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and colleagues.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
