Salary: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year + performance bonus opportunity

Ascent Healthcare, headquartered in Beaverton, OR, is a business that delivers internal medicine and post hospitalization care to Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Oregon and Washington. We have been in business for over 12 years and we practice in 40+ skilled nursing facilities employing 30+ Medical Providers. Ascent Healthcare is now expanding its staff and has an exciting opportunity for a Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
