What You’ll Do:

· Design & Innovate: Leverage your deep electro-mechanical expertise to develop next-generation servo systems and motor control solutions.

· Hands-On Engineering: Apply your knowledge of embedded microcontrollers, analog/digital circuitry, and software to integrate and tie together complex designs.

· Create & Tinker: This is an "Engineer’s Engineer" role – we give you the freedom to experiment, prototype, and drive new product development.

· Lead & Mentor: Grow into a leadership position with opportunities to shape technical direction and mentor future engineers.

What You Bring:

· Strong experience in servo systems and motor control design for industrial applications.

· Proficiency with embedded microcontrollers, analog, and digital circuitry.

· Software skills to integrate and optimize designs – from firmware to control algorithms.

· Experience with OrCAD or Altium for PCB layout is a plus.

· A passion for solving tough engineering challenges and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
