Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a RPA Developer to join our team located in WOODBURY, New York. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and involves designing, building, and maintaining UiPath automations in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to identify, analyze, and map business processes for automation opportunities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring that processes are automated efficiently and effectively
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in RPA technology, incorporating them into our processes where appropriate
• Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes, ensuring clear understanding and easy troubleshooting
• Monitor and maintain RPA environments, proactively addressing any issues to ensure that bots are performing optimally
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in automated processes, ensuring error-free execution
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engaging them in the development process and ensuring their needs are met
• Provide training and support to end-users and other team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning
• Assist in software releases and rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to users
• Participate in development of long-range planning for new projects and facilities, providing engineering time and effort estimates
• Facilitate and participate in design and code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency in our work.• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an RPA Developer.
• Proficient in using UiPath for designing, deploying, and managing RPA bots.
• Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting and debugging code issues.
• Proficient in debugging software and solving technical issues.
• Must have a strong background in designing RPA solutions according to project requirements.
• Proven experience in deploying code and managing code deployments.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Experience in stakeholder communications and stakeholder engagement is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be up to date with the latest industry trends and developments in RPA.
