Position Overview:
The Street Team Member will act as Promotion’s Brand Ambassador while representing Kemp Broadcasting radio stations at all promotional activities and events. You will be interacting with clients and members of the community, therefore you must be professional and well spoken, while displaying a friendly and positive attitude. You will execute all events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with onsite client contact to determine appropriate set up location.
- Loading and unloading equipment from the station vehicles.
- Setting up and breaking down equipment.
- Hanging banners, setting up displays, and handing out station giveaways.
- Promoting a positive image of the radio station and our clients, while engaging with listeners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old with a valid Nevada Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
- Must have a clean driving record, no tickets or accidents within the past 7 years, and provide a current.
- Able to drive an SUV.
- Available to work days, nights, and weekend shifts.
- Technical knowledge of sound systems (preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and energetic.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
