IT Manager

Job Description

Pureflow’s IT Manager will be responsible for defining and directing the Information Technology discipline within Pureflow.

The IT Manager position can be characterized by the following responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities
  • Create an effective and efficient Information technology team
  • Define a technology roadmap and implementation strategy that will address the needs of the business for the next 5 years
  • Provide the training and mentoring needed to help the company successfully transition onto the new technology and effectively utilize new processes
  • Be humble enough to listen to the needs of the business and work out creative solutions that address both technology objectives and business requirements
  • Create the processes and workflows required to increase operational efficiency, improve communication and ensure the success of the security strategy defined by the management team.
  • Have a ‘continual improvement’ mindset that embraces metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Technical and Work Experience Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365 feature set
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • >10 years’ experience in technical leadership roles
  • Deep familiarity with best practices related to security and privacy controls
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-wide, multi-disciplinary IT project management.
  • Proven ability to implement new technologies and processes with a large number of diverse stakeholders
  • >3 years’ experience working on an executive team
Soft Skill Requirements
  • Strong oral and written language skills (English)

Education Requirements
