Job Description
Pureflow’s IT Manager will be responsible for defining and directing the Information Technology discipline within Pureflow.

Responsibilities- Create an effective and efficient Information technology team
- Define a technology roadmap and implementation strategy that will address the needs of the business for the next 5 years
- Provide the training and mentoring needed to help the company successfully transition onto the new technology and effectively utilize new processes
- Be humble enough to listen to the needs of the business and work out creative solutions that address both technology objectives and business requirements
- Create the processes and workflows required to increase operational efficiency, improve communication and ensure the success of the security strategy defined by the management team.
- Have a ‘continual improvement’ mindset that embraces metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Technical and Work Experience Requirements
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365 feature set
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- >10 years’ experience in technical leadership roles
- Deep familiarity with best practices related to security and privacy controls
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-wide, multi-disciplinary IT project management.
- Proven ability to implement new technologies and processes with a large number of diverse stakeholders
- >3 years’ experience working on an executive team
- Strong oral and written language skills (English)
- Strong work ethic and proven track record of self-motivation

- Master's degree with experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field
