Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: San Rafael, CA
Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000
Potential for $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you’ll deliver high-quality healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating medical conditions, prescribing medications, and coordinating patient care. This role is integral to our mission of promoting health and wellness through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary healthcare services to patients in a clinical setting.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans within your scope of practice.
  • Refer patients to specialists or other care services as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records using Epic.

What You’ll Need

  • Licensure: Current California Nurse Practitioner license and California Board of Registered Nursing certification.
  • Certifications: DEA registration, BLS certification, and current national certification.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience (excluding rotations/clerkships). Candidates who completed a 12+ month residency program will also be considered.
  • Skills: Experience with Epic EHR is highly desired; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
