Pipelayer Foreman

We are seeking an experienced foreman pipelayer to supervise and direct hands-on crews in southern California. The foreman will be responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, keeping track of documents, budget, schedule, safety, etc. This position would require the foreman to work at construction sites in the Inland Empire, as well as San Diego County.
Job Duties
- Supervise on site staff
- Delegate and manage daily work flow, adjusting priorities when needed, keeping personnell and staff on track
- Ensuring site safety is being followed up to OSHA standard
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in underground sewer, storm drain, and utility work
- Experienced supervising and directing crews between 5-10 people
- Knowledgeable about safety standard, OSHA requirements
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Capable of performing hands on work when needed
