We are a state-of-the-art, privately-owned dental office in Neosho, Webb City and Monett, MO. The position we are looking to fill is in our Monett location.
You know your responsibilities and duties as a professional, and we assume you are skilled at them Most important, we are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with a great attitude, is patient-oriented, desires to impact the dental field, and strives to develop relationships with our patients to promote oral health goals/values. We believe in educating patients about their healthcare decisions and not treating them by insurance company standards.

Duties include:
- Set up, breakdown, and sterilization of instruments and operatories
- Take blood pressure and review medical history
- Oral health evaluations (cancer screening, hard and soft tissue, perio charting, dental caries, homecare routines)
- Perform complete dental prophys, scaling and root planing, and topical fluoride application.
- Patient education and oral hygiene instruction
- Acquire digital radiographs
- Collaboration with the Dr. during hygiene appointments to facilitate a thorough exam for the patient
- Treatment planning
- Ability to prepare dental equipment and instruments
- Excellent working knowledge of overall dentistry and dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation
- Experience using electronic medical records is a plus

As our valued dental hygienist, you can use your clinical skills and expertise to provide preventive care to our patients, including cleanings, SRP, taking X-rays, and educating patients on oral health. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure patients receive the highest quality care.
- Cleaning calcareous deposits, accretions, and stains from teeth and beneath gum margins with dental instruments
- Charting conditions of dental decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by the dentist
- Maintaining and sterilizing dental equipment
- Applying fluorides and other cavity-preventing agents to prevent dental decay
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in Missouri
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene, Bachelor's degree a plus
- CPR Certification

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Thursday and every 3rd Friday OR Part-Time, Wednesday and Thursdays with occasional Fridays
Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour with commission incentives
Schedule:
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, morning meeting at 7:45 am.
- Monett, MO 65708: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
