What You’ll Do

Strategic Sourcing

  • Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and engage with top-tier suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best value.

Supplier Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Conduct performance reviews and audits to ensure alignment with quality and sustainability standards.

Cost Optimization

  • Lead initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining product excellence.
  • Utilize strategies like volume discounts and inventory management to drive profitability.

Inventory Control

  • Manage stock levels to meet production demands without overstocking.
  • Minimize excess inventory and ensure smooth stock rotation.

Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate with quality control to maintain product specifications.
  • Address and resolve supplier-related quality issues.

Compliance and Sustainability

  • Stay ahead of industry regulations and trends.
  • Ensure procurement aligns with ethical and environmental standards.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
  • Foster a culture of growth and excellence within the department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  • 5-7 years of procurement management experience in manufacturing or packaging.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management expertise.
  • Solid understanding of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices in packaging materials.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

    • Competitive base salary ($80,000-$110,000, based on experience).
    • Bonus potential: 5-15% of annual salary.

    • 4 days on-site during onboarding, transitioning to 2-3 days on-site weekly.
