Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCentury Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Treasury Director to join their team for a hybrid role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $180,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns on surplus funds.
- Oversee daily cash flow management and forecasting.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage the company’s debt portfolio, including issuance and repayment of debt.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on financial performance and strategies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Negotiate banking services and fees to optimize cost efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of cash management, investment strategies, and financial risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
