Overview:


The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.


Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, we prefer to work with people coming from other industries.


It might seem strange that a company specializing in various financial services would be looking outside of "experienced" reps, but we've found so much success taking people from other industries like bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and even former military and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities) so we've decided to lean hard in that direction.

Please Note that we visit clients IN PERSON. This is not a work from home job, dependable transportation is required.

*Please note that while all leads and training are provided at no cost, this is a 100% commission 1099 role that has a pathway to W2. We invest heavily in new agents, but there is no base salary. Also, we meet clients in person. This is not a work from home role.


Meeting with potential clients who requested information and helping them understand what they qualify for. Average just one sale per day to earn the very nice income shown above.   • This is a commission sales role with weekly pay schedule
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Life Insurance License (20 hour online self study course)
