We are currently seeking an experienced IT Director to join our team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the IT department, including overseeing all support teams and ensuring the successful execution of technology projects. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and other departments to align IT services with client needs, identify growth opportunities, and drive the company's technological advancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally to meet both internal and client-driven objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Must have 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles
- Must have MSP Industry experience
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and support best practices, including ITIL, NIST or other relevant industry frameworks and best practices
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance standards
