Cloud Infrastructure Management:

  • Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Oversee deployment processes across On-premises Bare-metal, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
  • Provision and manage cloud resources using Terraform, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools for automation, orchestration, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

CI/CD Pipeline Management:

  • Implement, maintain, and enhance Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Enterprise to automate software delivery and ensure reliable, frequent releases.
  • Research, develop, and apply Azure DevOps processes and tools to enable CI/CD pipelines in a multi-cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with development teams to automate the deployment of AI-driven applications for fraud detection, predictive modeling, and optimization algorithms.

Security and Compliance:

  • Establish and integrate best-in-class security practices, tools, and governance across the DevOps pipelines to improve code quality and system resilience.
  • Ensure adherence to industry security and compliance standards, particularly for healthcare applications, in cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Collaborate with security teams to safeguard sensitive healthcare data from fraud and breaches.

Automation and Tooling:

  • Automate repetitive tasks such as deployments, monitoring, scaling, and system updates across the cloud infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
  • Establish a Lean, Agile-based DevOps culture with security and compliance as foundational pillars.
  • Manage the source code repository with GitHub Enterprise and maintain project tracking using Atlassian Jira.

Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning:

  • Monitor and optimize cloud resource performance to ensure efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, particularly for applications handling large healthcare data sets.
  • Conduct capacity planning to ensure the infrastructure can handle increasing traffic and workloads from predictive models and data analysis processes.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of DevOps engineers, developers, architects, and testers to build and deploy new application environments on cloud.
  • Engage with stakeholders, leadership, and development teams to align cloud strategies with technical and business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between technology teams and healthcare industry stakeholders, presenting updates and demonstrating the impact of the solutions on payment integrity and fraud reduction.

Incident Management and Troubleshooting:

  • Set up and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to track system performance, uptime, and reliability. Implement robust monitoring and alerting mechanisms to promptly respond to incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application outages by coordinating with operations and development teams.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Diagnose and triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Proactively seek feedback to improve deployment processes, monitoring strategies, and system performance.

Documentation:

  • Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for infrastructure designs, deployment procedures, and incident resolutions.
  • Ensure that all processes are well-documented to maintain clarity and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications:
