X-Ray Technologist

As an outpatient clinic we are open to patients 8am - 5pm, and X-ray patients are walk-in appointments, making every day new and exciting. We are a team-oriented facility and support learning and getting new experience. Many of our facilities are high traffic and have the possibility of seeing 10+ or approximately 80+ patients a day, or they are days when you don't see any patients till after lunch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The X-Ray Technologist will be responsible for utilizing technical skills in operating digital radiological equipment to produce X-Rays of a patient’s body for diagnostic purposes. This responsibility includes completing scans effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care possible in order to provide the most remarkable patient experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fully Licensed X-Ray tech with ARRT
- Knowledge of radiologic procedures and standards
- Skill in operation of radiology equipment
- Customer service background and focus
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Requires certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and state (CRT) licensure
- Completed required CEU’s in a timely manner to ensure Certification remains active
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, physicians and patients
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual in English/ Spanish a plus
- Pay rate varies (based on education and experience)
- Pay rate discussed at Interview
