Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:
Responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, validating equipment, and ensuring compliance with medical device quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2-4+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
- Experience with ETO sterilization and validation.
- Knowledge of Process V&V, IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, and CAPA.
- Familiarity with DFA/DFM principles and manufacturing documentation, including specifications, procedures, sampling methods, tolerance studies, and GD&T.
- Proficiency with quality tools such as DMAIC, A3, 5 Whys, 6M, Ishikawa Diagrams, and Pareto Charts.
- Experience with engineering drawings and GD&T.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
- Plan and optimize the arrangement of machinery within plant facilities for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and document sequences of operations and procedures for fabricating tools, equipment, and components affecting product performance.
- Adapt machine or equipment designs to factory and production conditions.
- Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans as necessary.
- Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify performance and resolve quality issues through corrective actions.
- Develop manufacturing processes with statistical process control techniques and implement as needed.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per year
