Floral Designer

Our company is looking for a creative Floral Designer to join our team. We need someone who can create appealing arrangements to fill our store as well as construct custom designs based on our customer's input. Your responsibilities also include discussing budget and pricing with clients, developing contract estimates, and producing an arrangement on the assigned date and within budget. We prefer candidates with industry experience, but we are willing to train the right person.

Floral Designer Duties and Responsibilities

• Help customers in the store find the appropriate arrangement
• Trim and arrange flowers in a variety of containers
• Create designs to fill the store
• Order both floral and decorative materials for designs
• Maintain a clean workspace

Floral Designer Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• Experience with growing or arranging flowers
• Knowledge of floral trends and basic design principles
• Manual dexterity
• Excellent communication and sales skills
