New Tech Global is seeking a Technical Professional - QA/QC to work in Alvarado, TX 76009.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, develops and performs Quality Assurance/Quality Control audits based on quality system standards such as API Q1.
Assesses and documents the compliance to such systems based on the quality system standards.
Identifies improvement opportunities based on audit.
Performing vendor audits in order to improve incoming incoming supplies.
Planning, directing, and providing technical support for testing and design in materials engineering activities.
May be involved with a team performing quality inspections on products according to engineering drawings, specifications, prescribed methods, and instructions.
Completion of an undergraduate degree in an Engineering required and 7 years of experience required.

Comments
This position is needed to support ongoing QMS improvements and maintenance.
Length of Assignment 6 Months - 1 year potentially converted to FTE.
Expected start date: Q4 of 2024.
Shift, hours, rotation: Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm.
100% onsite.
Skills needed to perform this role:
1. Managing Change.
2. Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
3. Internal Auditing.
4. Experience interpreting industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, API Q1, etc.)
