BCBAs- Part time North San Diego

Are you exhausted because of caseloads that are way too big to manage? Tired of driving throughout the County to provide services? Worried that the billable hour drives the services you provide?

TERI is a nonprofit agency committed to quality services for our families and clients—they matter more than the profits.

All work is in North San Diego County.

Salary:

· Clinical Services part-time BCBAs work a maximum of 20 hours per week and earn $45- $65/hour based on experience.

To be successful in this role, we are seeking candidates who possess:

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

· Demonstrated experience working with behavior challenges and complex needs.

· Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavior interventions and behavior change strategies.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· A passion for making a difference and a commitment to promoting positive outcomes.


Your responsibilities will include:

· Conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments to gain valuable insights into the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.

· Implementing evidence-based interventions and strategies, ensuring consistent and data-driven progress monitoring.

· Providing ongoing training, supervision, and support to RBT’s, empowering them to effectively manage and support challenging behaviors.

· Advocating for the needs of our unique population and supporting a positive and inclusive culture.
