Job Title: Caterer

Location: Various Locations (Travel Required)

Position Type: Part-Time 

Pay Rate: $14- $16 per hour

Our focus is on quality, excellent customer service, and meticulous attention to detail. We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Catering Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary: The Catering Specialist will be responsible for delivering and setting up catering services at various events, serving guests, and ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and excellence. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to perform a variety of tasks as needed by the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Setup and Breakdown: Deliver food and equipment to event locations, set up catering stations, and ensure everything is in place for a successful event. Assist in breaking down and packing up after the event.

  • Serving: Act as a server during events, providing excellent service to guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.

  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation and packaging as needed, ensuring all food is handled safely and meets quality standards.

  • Logistics and Transportation: Drive company vehicles to transport food and equipment to various event locations. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

  • Flexibility: Be willing to perform a variety of tasks as needed, including but not limited to, kitchen assistance, and administrative duties.

  • Safety and Sanitation: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness practices.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless execution of events and high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in catering, food service, or a related field is preferred.

  • Driving License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. (Driver License Required)

  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and willingness to take on various roles within the business.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work in various environments.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality.

  • Team Player: Strong team orientation with a collaborative and positive approach to work.
