About us: Join the team at The Old Market Pub and Brewery, where we're passionate about crafting exceptional beers. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Brewer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in all aspects of the brewing process from milling to packaging
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all brewing equipment
  • Monitor fermentation and perform quality control checks
  • Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistency
  • Help with inventory management and ingredient preparation 
  • Collaborate with the Head Brewer to innovate and improve brewing techniques 
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in brewing or related field prefered
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 55 lbs)
  • Knowledge of brewing equipment and processes
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Passion for craft beer and eagerness to learn
