As a Student Aide at Health Source Group, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality student care across diverse settings. Your Role:

  • Individual Support: Assisting the student with academic tasks and understanding concepts.
  • Behavior Monitoring: Observing and managing behavior, offering positive reinforcement.
  • Comfort Assistance: Helping the student with toileting needs, ensuring their comfort and hygiene.
  • Facilitating Communication: Acting as a liaison between the student and teacher to convey needs and instructions.
  • Encouraging Independence: Promoting self-advocacy and independent learning skills.
  • Supporting Social Skills: Encouraging positive interactions with peers.
  • Providing Feedback: Sharing insights on the student’s progress with the teacher.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 6 months experience as Student Aide or Paraprofessional
  • Up-to-date medical documentation (Physical, Titers, QuantiFERON) or willingness to update.
  • A drive to enhance individualized attention for students, and foster skill development.

  • Competitive Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.
