We're excited to announce an opening for a HYBRID Wildlife/Pest Specialist. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including conducting thorough inspections and sales to both residential and commercial clients, repairing damage caused by wildlife, and performing minor construction tasks to secure properties against future invasions. The role also involves trapping, handling, and transporting wildlife, as well as supporting our pest control operations as needed. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to work in Las Vegas's extreme climate, and possess a deep understanding of local wildlife and pest behavior to provide effective, long-term solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and sales, following up on leads provided by our office team.
• Execute trapping, handling, and transportation of wildlife.
• Conduct minor home construction repairs
• Undertake pest control routes when needed and minor construction repairs to secure properties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and serve as a problem solver for client needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in rodent and pigeon exclusion is preferred.
• Construction or handiwork and working knowledge of basic hand tools is required.
• Proficient knowledge of A frame ladders and extension ladders.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job and pass a physical fitness test.
