Riverside Home Health & Hospice is seeking experienced full-time or part-time Physical Therapists (PT) for Josephine County, Oregon

Job Summary:
- Provide care to patients in the privacy of their home setting
- Working through admissions and routine visits to develop and carry out care plans
- Participating in interdisciplinary meetings to collaborate on approaches to patient care
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice as a physical therapist (PT) within Oregon state (or before your first day of work).
- One to two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred.
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.
