Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect with expertise in CCIE-level networking, Azure, and AWS to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of complex networking infrastructure, cloud-based solutions, and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize networking solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity. This position offers the opportunity to lead and innovate within a hybrid cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Design and Architecture:
- Design and architect multi-cloud network infrastructure, leveraging CCIE-level expertise in routing, switching, and security.
- Develop comprehensive network solutions across Azure and AWS that support high availability, security, and optimal performance.
- Create detailed network topology diagrams, configurations, and documentation.
Cloud Networking (Azure & AWS):
- Architect and implement virtual networks, VPCs, subnets, peering, and VPNs across Azure and AWS.
- Configure and manage load balancers, DNS, security groups, and network access control to maintain secure connectivity.
- Optimize cloud network performance and troubleshoot latency issues and connectivity bottlenecks.
On-Premises to Cloud Integration:
- Develop hybrid cloud solutions to enable secure and seamless communication between on-premises environments and cloud platforms.
- Implement and manage direct connect and express route for high-bandwidth, low-latency connectivity between data centers and the cloud.
Network Security and Compliance:
- Design and enforce security policies and controls, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN, to ensure a secure network environment.
- Implement best practices for data protection, compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI), and governance across cloud networks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend security enhancements.
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
- Use diagnostic tools and monitoring systems to quickly resolve network issues across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Optimize network configurations and parameters to ensure maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Lead network-related incident response efforts, coordinating with cloud providers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with cloud architects, developers, and cybersecurity teams to align networking solutions with business requirements.
- Mentor junior network engineers and share knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate network solutions with applications and systems.
Qualifications:
- Certification: CCIE Certification required; Azure and AWS Certifications (e.g., Azure Network Engineer Associate, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty) strongly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in networking with at least 3 years in cloud networking across Azure and AWS.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), MPLS, VPNs, and load balancing.
- Strong expertise in Azure networking services (e.g., Azure VNet, ExpressRoute) and AWS networking services (e.g., VPC, Direct Connect).
- Proficiency in network security, firewalls, NAT, and access control management.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with network automation (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud context.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and implement optimizations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge networking technologies and play a critical role in our journey towards digital transformation. If you're passionate about designing robust, scalable, and secure networks, we encourage you to apply
