Coating Technician 

Location: Wheat Ridge, CO

Pay: $20-24/hr

1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean surfaces for painting or coating application.
• Mix and apply paints, coatings, and finishes to industrial parts and equipment.
• Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial painting or coatings required.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to reliably commute to work. 
• Ability to work with a variety of paints, coatings, and application techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
