Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Italian Pizza Chef who specializes in crafting authentic Italian-style pizzas while embracing the creative possibilities of fusion cuisine. You will play a key role in developing and executing our pizza menu, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in every dish.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Prepare authentic Italian pizzas, including dough preparation, sauce creation, and topping arrangements.
    •    Collaborate with the culinary team to create fusion-style pizzas combining Indian and Italian flavors.
    •    Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
    •    Manage inventory, maintain stock of pizza ingredients, and minimize waste.
    •    Operate and maintain pizza ovens and related equipment.
    •    Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
    •    Train and supervise kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques.
    •    Participate in menu planning and seasonal updates.

Requirements:
    •    Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in an Italian restaurant or pizzeria.
    •    Expertise in dough preparation and handling wood-fired or traditional pizza ovens.
    •    Creativity and willingness to experiment with fusion flavors.
    •    Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
    •    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    •    Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
    •    Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
