Job DescriptionJob Description

This entry-level role involves operating and setting up basic equipment, such as flexographic and digital presses, with minimal assistance. The associate will follow work instructions, ensure product quality, and maintain safety standards while meeting production goals.

Pay: $22-$27/hr, depending on experience
Shift: Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm (shift diff available), or M-Th 5am-3:30pm 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run basic jobs using work instructions.
  • Communicate production issues to management.
  • Perform quality inspections and document results.
  • Maintain accurate time entries.
  • Contribute to safety, quality, and production goals.
  • Lead a team to ensure tasks like inspection and packing are completed efficiently.
  • Report safety concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Flexo machine experience prefered 
  • Up to 2 years manufacturing experience preferred; medical manufacturing experience a plus.
  • With training, able to understand basic prints.
  • Proficient PC skills
