Rebound is looking for a full-time Materials & Facilities Specialist to join our Surgery Center team.

Responsibilities:
  • Order, receive, and stock inventory to support clinical functions while minimizing inventory on hand.
  • Attend to product shortages to support clinical functions. Attend to product pricing changes to enable supplies cost management.
  • Keep inventory records accurate.
  • Communicate appropriately with clinical staff.
  • Ensure functionality of patient care equipment and/or facilities.
  • Adhere to corporate compliance policies including confidentiality, safety, and health policies.
  • Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept, caring and respect for others.
  • Apply a customer service approach to all staff members and maintain respect and calm to ensure a "customer focused" environment for materials management services.

Requirements:
  • High School education.
  • Good communication skills, positive attitude with good team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices, including automated systems and techniques as well as medical products.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a rapid paced environment.
  • Must be able to work individually and with good organization to ascertain priorities on a daily basis.
  • Able to understand and communicate in English.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft office products.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk up to 75% of regularly scheduled shift.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, push and pull of goods and materials that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • High visual demand to read paperwork, computer and handle all supplies.
  • Ability to occasionally reach at or above shoulder level to shelve goods and retrieve goods.
