Phlebotomist - Bradenton, FL | $17.75-$19.75/hr | Temp-to-Hire + Full Benefits

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join a respected laboratory facility in Bradenton, FL. This is a temp-to-hire position offering stable hours, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Position Overview:

  • Pay: $17.75-$19.75/hr (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm | Saturday, 7:30am-1:00pm
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Draw blood samples safely and efficiently
  • Confirm patient identity and label all specimens accurately
  • Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort
  • Maintain clean, organized equipment and workspace
  • Prepare and store specimens for lab testing
  • Enter patient data and follow collection protocols
  • Support the team in maintaining compliance and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED - Required
  • Phlebotomy certification - Preferred
  • At least 6 months of phlebotomy experience - Required
  • 1+ year of experience - Preferred
  • Medical Assistant or Paramedic training - Preferred
  • Data entry and customer service skills - Required
