We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our administrative team in Fishersville as a Service Dispatcher. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our service operations run smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain daily schedules and dispatch Service Technicians as calls are completed.

  • Schedule return trips for customers when parts are in.

  • Manage the on-call schedule for technicians.

  • Keep customer records updated in our database.

  • Answer and direct calls on a multi-line telephone system.

  • Perform data entry, invoicing, filing, scheduling, and collections.

  • Assist with interdepartmental communication and special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience dispatching in HVAC or a similar trade.

  • Strong geographical knowledge of the service area and map-reading skills.

  • Scheduling and appointment-setting experience.

  • Experience handling a multi-line telephone system.

  • Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Highly proficient computer skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
