What's your day like?As a Part-time Maintenance Technician at Hilltop Manor, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks that ensure our facilities remain safe and welcoming for residents and staff. Expect to perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs across various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Daily responsibilities will also include responding to maintenance requests promptly and effectively, collaborating with other team members to resolve issues, and maintaining accurate records of completed work.
Your schedule will typically involve working approximately 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility in hours to accommodate both early morning and late afternoon shifts.
