JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Overview:
  • The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the housekeeping operations of our corporate property, ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and presented in the best possible way to our clients and staff.
  • They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring the property meets all required health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring all guest needs are met.
  • Assist with housekeeping activities as directed between guest stays.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance and take appropriate action.
  • Monitor and restock supplies as needed, ensuring all guest amenities are available.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Uphold the property's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests.
  • Support the House Manager as needed to support setup, takedown, cleanup, room reset, etc. of meeting and dining space(s).
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, preferably within a corporate or hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite applications and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds, climb stairs multiple times per day, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
