This is not an entry level position. We are seeking candidates with automotive parts experience, operations and supervision including knowledge of and experience with manufacture specific catalogues. A valid driver license and clean driving records are required. Job Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of department employees
  • Document employee performance, and policy and procedure compliance
  • Assist customers and resolve customers concerns
  • Prepare and perform inventory
  • Maintain appropriate stocking levels
  • Ensure parts sales are at appropriate pricing

Work in performed indoors spending up to 75% of work shift using computers and phone systems. Standing and walking for up to 30% of work shift is required to assist clients at the counter and deliver parts to technicians. Carrying and lifting 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds rarely required when moving parts.
