Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers promptly on Service Drive
  • Obtaining customer and vehicle information at Service write-up
  • Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Communicate effectively with customers reason and process for needed repairs or preventative maintenance
  • Establish follow up time
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
  • Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explaining all completed work, vehicle health report, and charges to customers at delivery

Qualifications

  • CSI focused
  • Required experience: no required experience, will train right candidate; brief automotive mechanical knowledge, preferred.
