As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in our agency's growth, focusing on working leads, building strong client relationships, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions. Compensation: With a competitive starting base salary of $30,000, plus the opportunity for a base salary increase of up to $10,000 after your first year based on performance, this position also offers a competitive commission potential. Total earnings typically range from $75,000 to $120,000 annually, including commissions and bonuses.
