About East Village Dental Center

Our 6-operatory facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including digital charting and advanced treatment tools, allowing us to provide superior care efficiently and effectively.
Your Role as a Dental Hygienist
- Welcome and prepare patients for dental hygiene procedures with care and professionalism
- Perform cleanings, scaling, root planing, and fluoride applications
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures
- Conduct head, neck, and oral cancer screenings
- Identify periodontal and restorative needs, collaborating with the dentist for optimal care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Schedule follow-up appointments and ensure seamless patient care
- Occasionally participate in continuing education or seminars to enhance skills
What You'll Bring
- Education: Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
- Licenses: Active NY state dental hygiene license and CPR certification
- Experience: 1+ year preferred, but new graduates are warmly welcomed
- Skills: Certification in anesthesia is a plus but not required
- Bilingual: Preferred for serving our diverse patient base
Your Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9AM-6PM
- Thursday: 9AM-5PM
