Our full-time center-based behavior technicians work Monday-Friday in our ABA centers
that are open from 8:00am-6:00pm.

Job Duties:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA
Collect data on client progress and behavior
Communicate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent
implementation of the behavior plan
Provide direct one-on-one instruction and support to clients
Model appropriate behavior for clients and provide feedback and reinforcement
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the client's care

Minimum Requirements:
High school Diploma or equivalent
6 months working with persons with developmental disabilities
Official Transcripts
Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.
Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain
immunizations including TB, and drug testing.
