Position Overview: The Supply Chain Manager will oversee our company's supply chain operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to optimize processes to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Language Skills: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
- End to end responsibility from procurement to shipping of finished goods.
- Oversee all coordination between operations and support elements
- Streamline inventory management to minimize holding costs while ensuring product availability.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- ISO Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards relevant to supply chain management.
- Implement and maintain ISO certifications related to quality, environmental management, and health & safety.
- Conduct internal audits and reviews to verify adherence to ISO standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Safety and Risk Management:
- Establish and enforce safety guidelines and protocols across the supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor safety performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Participate in customer calls, both internal and external.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and improve supply chain resilience.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide financial support as it relates to budgets, analysis, report building, and presentation of performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance, highlighting achievements and areas needing attention.
- Implement systems for data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Regular and punctual attendance.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
- Or; equivalent combination of education and experience.

- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards related to quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), environmental management (e.g., ISO 14001), and health & safety (e.g., ISO
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to driving improvements.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM) or ISO Lead Auditor certification is a plus.
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards affecting supply chain operations.
