Sales Representative Roofing, Siding, and Windows

Patriot Exteriors LLC, a leading roofing company in Southwest Michigan, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales growth by promoting our services and building relationships with potential customers. This position requires a self-driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to conduct roof inspections.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and cultivate new customers through various channels (inbound and self-generated).
- Conduct sales presentations and communicate the value of our services.
- Inspect roofs and provide accurate estimates and recommendations.
- Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments.
- Attend meetings, training, and industry functions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Represent Patriot Exteriors LLC at industry events.

Qualifications:

- Must be able to obtain a Michigan Builders Salesperson License.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable conducting roof inspections.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong computer skills.

Compensation: Commission based salary. Potential to make $75k-$150K per year.
