We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jupiter FL

Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Associate/CSR, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking product inquiries, assistance, and solutions. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate feedback on order status, and assisting with product-related technical issues. You will also support our sales team, process orders, manage customer service files, and participate in physical inventory counts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries for parts, chemicals, and equipment via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide customers with timely updates on order status.
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, return authorizations, and sales quotes.
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to products.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to fulfill customer needs.
  • Handle general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist in resolving customer issues across departments.
  • Maintain customer service documentation and records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in the aquatics industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in distribution or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. But not required

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must pass a background check, physical, and drug test.
