Full Time Position:

Elite Building Services is seeking dedicated and reliable cleaners for Washington Union Station. Applicants will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in a high-traffic, public transportation environment. Duties include cleaning common areas, restrooms, and offices, as well as performing specialized floor care for 3rd shift applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect common areas, restrooms, and workspaces.
Perform routine floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) and waste removal.
Refill supplies, such as soap and paper products in restrooms.
Report any maintenance or safety hazards to supervisors.

NOTE:
3rd Shift Must have experience in floor care, including waxing, burnishing, auto scrubbing, carpet care, stripping, and buffing.

Qualifications:

Prior floor care cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and follow established cleaning procedures.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
Reliable transportation to Washington Union Station.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 50+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist,, Walk. Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.

**Attention To Detail

NOTE: Must be authorized to work in the US. Available:

3rd Shift (Full time): Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day: 11PM-730AM (must have floor care experience)

Weekend Shifts (Part-Time): Saturday and Sunday, 3rd Shift Applicants: 11PM-730AM, 8 hours a day MUST have experience with floor care.
