Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle by understanding their needs and offering expert product knowledge.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, answer questions, and highlight key selling points.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financing options, trade-in evaluations, and closing the sale.
- Maintain a deep understanding of vehicle inventory and the latest automotive trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (preferred).
