What you will do:
- Provide a WOW experience to our customers through personal and engaging email, phone calls, and in-person customer service.
- Help DK Dance Productions with various special customer service, sales, and marketing projects. There will be PLENTY of opportunities to learn and grow.
- No day will be the same You are flexible and adaptable. You certainly wont be bored
Additional Information:
- Prior customer service experience is helpful.
- Computer and internet skills required.
- Light bookkeeping skills are an asset
- Part-Time hours
- Must be willing to work 2-3 evenings per week and Saturday mornings
