FULL JOB DESCRIPTION PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and manage overall plant operations while assuring objectives are efficiently achieved, safely, at the lowest cost with world class quality.
  • Ability to motivate, delegate, and hold direct reports accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives.
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude for an understanding of equipment functionality and capabilities
REQUIREMENTS
  • Metal Fabrication background preferred.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to adapt to various audiences.
  • Self-motivated, ability to make independent and informed decisions.
